HOW IT WORKS

Pipe bursting is achieved by pulling a specialized trenchless technology device through an existing pipe. This device shatters the old pipe, pushing the fragments into the surrounding soil. A new pipe, attached to the bursting device, is then pulled into place as the device advances, creating a seamless replacement without major excavation.

We begin by diagnosing the problem with a FREE in-pipe video inspection.
This inspection:

  • Verifies pipe location, condition, any tie-ins, and depth
  • Documents any line issues, including sagging, root intrusion, and breaks in the pipe

How We Replace Your Old or Problematic Sewer Pipe Without Tearing Up Your Yard

  1. A small hole is excavated. The new pipe is fused and fed through the old pipe.
  2. The new pipe is attached to the bursting head, which is pulled through the old pipe. As it advances, the bursting head breaks up the old pipe and installs the new one underground.
  3. A small hole is excavated, and our Puller Unit is set up for operation.

    In the past, replacing pipes meant extensive digging and disruption. Today, we simply dig a small hole, replace the pipe, and complete the job with minimal impact.
